Our Story

We started this journey in the basement of our home. Our first few team members were mothers of young kids that pitched in few hours a day. With toddlers running around, 7 of us took turns at handling customer calls, packing orders and managing the website. Our journey is truly an American dream, a combination of hard work, amazing team and loyal customers that believed in us. 20 years later not much has changed - our team, our customers and our community is what keeps us going. Our everyday motto “Lets make a difference” is ingrained in our hearts and our walls.

Today life does not come to a full stop when any of us is diagnosed with cancer, colostomy, alzhiemers, dementia, osteoporosis, incontinence or any other health condition. People are living lives full of adventure, and travel. Access to the world is within everyone's grasp! Age, geography, and ability do not stop us - we are strong and meet our challenges head on. Ostomates are running, breast cancer survivors are on the catwalk, people with feeding tubes are swimming, an active lifestyle is attainable with the right kind of medical supply.

Our commitment to you our customer is to deliver quality products in the fastest possible time with the utmost care. Based in Brookfield, CT, our medical supply store serve all 50 states + territories and a large number of countries around the world. Our service partners across the globe help us offer our customers round the clock service. Our logistics partners ship from warehouses across the country thus ensuring the shortest distance and fastest delivery time. Our goal is to ship every order within 24 hours and try to get it to you in two to three days. We do so successfully in most cases.
